MILA SIDE TABLE

Design: Sebastian Herkner, 2017. Three heights from one source, in two different shapes, always built on the motto "the round must go into the square" — and it does. Herkner's series is made of massive gloss-glazed ceramic, forming a slender foot rounded up by a broad, smooth storage surface. As with all handmade ceramic pieces, streaks and other variations in size and colour are part of the process, not a flaw. Ceramic throughout.
