Quartz Side Table

Design: Kristian Sofus Hansen & Tommy Hyldahl, 2021. Inspired by the natural crystal shape of the quartz stone, this versatile stone-like object changes its appearance depending on the angle it's viewed from. It works equally well as a side table, a plinth, or simply a sculptural object on its own. Cast in hand-painted reinforced fibre concrete, its surface stays raw and tactile, so colour and texture can vary slightly from piece to piece. Reinforced fibre concrete.
