KUMO TABLE & FLOOR LAMP

Design: no-made, 2018. no-made is the Dutch design duo Cleo Maxime and Linde Freya. They merge two spherical shapes into one hand-blown glass silhouette, referencing traditional Japanese paper lanterns. A strong limestone base in a matching tone supports the warm glow of the glass above. As with all handmade glass and stone pieces, irregularities in thickness, colour variations, small bubbles or bumps are part of the process, not a flaw. Shade in hand-blown glass; base in limestone. LED included.
