SHERATON SIDEBOARD
Design: Giotto Stoppino & Lodovico Acerbis, 1977–2020. Sheraton combines formal elegance and design innovation in a sideboard that has left its mark on the history of Italian design. It won the Compasso d'Oro in 1979 for its innovative sliding-rotating opening system, which lets the doors open completely, and it entered the permanent collection of London's Victoria and Albert Museum. Available in two lengths, 180 and 280 cm, with an optional interior lighting system, making it a versatile piece of remarkably contemporary appeal. Case in matte lacquer matching the exterior; doors and top in glossy lacquer; drawers in dark-stained walnut veneer; transparent glass shelves with chromed-metal frames.
